As your Spiritual Coach, I am committed to honoring and supporting you in bringing the fullness of yourSelf into realization in your life. I provide loving communication and guidance based on my awareness of your inherent innocence, worthiness, magnificence, power and wholeness. Through our relationship, your spiritual growth, awareness, understanding, and ability to experience the Love that you are will be quickened and awakened.

I offer the following options for coaching, guidance and healing:

1) The Check-In: A single appointment to “check-in” about a specific issue, situation or concern. With the “eye of spirit”, I will look at your question and provide compassionate guidance, valuable information and support for your next-step toward greater Wholeness and Peace. The Check-In session can be as short as 1/2 hour, if we already have a coaching relationship, or 1-1.5 hours for an initial session.

2) Freedom Focus: An intensive series of coaching sessions designed together to address specific concerns/issue(s), peacefully resolve acute situations/transitions, and make deliberate and positive changes with ease and grace. Freedom Focus is a great choice for you during life transitions (relationship, career, identity, illness, loss) or for intensive assistance in taking a big step on your path. Focus sessions are individually designed, and can occur 2-4 times per week for 1/2-1 hour over a period of 3-6 weeks.

3) Hand of Grace: On-going coaching for continual support, validation, guidance, insight and inspiration. Grace sessions are booked in 1-3 month blocks; sessions can occur (a)weekly or (b)bi-monthly. Hand of Grace allows for an on-going spiritual mentoring program to support your spiritual growth and well-being with Grace and Ease.

Your Investement: $100-150 per hour, sliding scale.
